Platform Enhancements: Cloud upgrade, automated transfer tracking and much more

Momentum is building on enhancing the Morningstar Wealth Platform, this month will see a number of key enhancements deployed to customers:

1. Completing our move to the latest Microsoft cloud services, providing a robust, scalable and secure foundation for future developments.
2. Our new online and fully automated transfer tracker service, providing real time insights on where your transfer is in the process – helping keep you and your investors informed at all times. Currently being piloted with a small number of firms, before mass rollout. 
3. A move to make key ad-hoc transaction instructions exclusively online, helping us reduce the time it takes to process your requests and a step change towards end to end automation in the future.
